JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A crane stalled on on J. Turner Butler Boulevard early Wednesday morning causing traffic delays.
It was reported earlier that crews believed the crane stalled because antifreeze was put in the diesel fuel tank. However, the crane operator later said that didn't happen. The crane operator told Action News Jax that it stalled because the fuel pump broke.
The crane blocked traffic on J. Turner Butler Boulevard west near Interstate 95 for about two hours.The lanes opened to traffic at about 6:15 a.m.

The crane was used to help with the construction project in the area.
