This was made possible with financial support from the U.S. Small Business Administration and Jacksonville-based 121 Financial Credit Union, which provided funding to purchase the building, major equipment and furnishings, and conduct interior renovations.

The food it serves is authentic Italian cuisine and handmade pastries.

This restaurant can seat to 85 guests and is located across from Thrasher-Horne Center.

Valentina’s Italian Bistro serves lunch and dinner entrees for $20-$25 per person and will be available for order and delivery on most major food delivery services. At full capacity, the restaurant anticipates employing approximately 20 full- and part-time employees.
