JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Jaguars opened the Stadium of the Future Sales Center in Jacksonville, allowing current and prospective season ticket members to view and select seating options for the 2028 season and beyond.
The appointment-only facility is located at 501 Touchdown Dr., on the site of the former Jacksonville Fairgrounds. The venue was built to showcase seating options and hospitality layouts for fans as the franchise prepares for its future venue.
The sales facility features an Immersive Cube developed by Advent, an experiential design and technology company. The enclosure uses 10 million pixels across its walls and floor to form a 180-degree visual environment displaying conceptual renderings of the planned stadium. John Roberson, chief executive officer of Advent, commented on the technology’s role in presenting the project to visitors.
“The Immersive Cube is more than a piece of cool technology,” Roberson said. “It’s a fully integrated system designed to make every visitor part of the next chapter for the Jaguars’ Stadium of the Future. It transforms conceptual spaces into tangible, emotionally charged narratives that inspire connection and investment.”
Inside the facility, visual elements incorporate team colors, historic franchise media and presentation materials outlining upcoming plans. Mark Lamping, president of the Jacksonville Jaguars, addressed the facility’s role for ticket holders preparing for the transition.
“From the moment our current and future Season Ticket Members come through the front doors, they will be immersed in an experiential journey crafted to truly ‘wow’ the fanbase,” Lamping said. “This curated environment blends the franchise’s deep community roots and rich Jaguars history with a bold, confident vision for what lies ahead, all the while instilling pride, confidence, and excitement surrounding its future here in Jacksonville.”
Access to the facility is arranged through an appointment process based on priority status, taking into account current seat locations so members can view equivalent seating options in the new venue as those sections open for purchase.
Fans who held season tickets over the past two seasons receive priority placement for scheduling. New buyers can submit a deposit through the team website to request an appointment.
Seat selection will proceed across four distinct phases based on stadium seating tiers. Premium seating selection begins in September 2026, followed by club seating selection in the fall and winter of 2026.
General 100 and 200 level seat selection is scheduled for winter 2026 into summer 2027, and upper bowl 400 level selection is slated to begin in fall 2027.
