JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Lanes are back open after a serious crash that killed a motorcyclist.
The crash happened in front of the Moroccan Shrine on Saint Johns Bluff Road.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the person died at the hospital after colliding with a car.
