NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — A fatal crash occurred on St. Frances Way on Sunday, Feb. 7.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an adult male was driving a recreational vehicle westbound on St. Frances Way when he suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle.
The RV crossed over to the eastbound lane and collided with a light pole.
