Pedestrian bridge at North Beach Park to close for scheduled maintenance

VILANO BEACH, Fla. — The pedestrian bridge at North Beach Park in Vilano Beach will close beginning Monday, Aug. 24, for scheduled maintenance.

The closure is necessary to perform repair work to meet Florida Department of Transportation standards.

The park is located at 3721 Coastal Highway in Vilano Beach. St. Johns County Parks and Recreation has provided information regarding alternate beach access points for visitors during the closure.
