JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Due to a hit-and-run crash with injuries, all lanes at the intersection of 103rd and Blanding Boulevard are shut down, says the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol.
JSO says the far-right turn lanes are open in each direction.
