Tropical Storm Matthew formed Wednesday near the Caribbean.
The First Alert Weather Team said the tropical Storm is currently moving through the Windward Islands. Conditions are favorable for intensification of the system as it moves west towards the Caribbean.
A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the French Islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique, St. Lucia, Dominica, Barbados, St. Vincent, and the Grenadine Islands.
