KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs fanbase is about to gain a new member.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes announced via social media Sunday that he and wife Brittany are preparing to welcome a second baby, KMBC-TV reported.

The 2020 Super Bowl MVP captioned the family photo: “Round 2!”
In the photo, the couple’s 15-month-old daughter Sterling holds a sign that reads “big sister duties coming soon.”

The high school sweethearts tied the knot in Hawaii earlier this year, after welcoming their first daughter in February 2021, USA Today reported.
