Nine-year-old Ayden was able to meet Ballerini granted through the "Do It For The Love"organization. She later sent him an electric guitar with his name engraved in it.
Tiffany Henke said her son Ayden, who is blind and battling brain cancer, got the chance to meet Kelsea Ballerini when she performed at the St. Augustine Amphitheater earlier this year. Ballerini is known for songs like "Miss Me More" and "Yeah Boy."
"Do It For The Love"organization makes "live music experiences, by any artist, available to those who need the healing power of music the most," according to its website.
When Ayden and Ballerini met, Henke said her son told the singer how he loves music and was learning how to play the electric guitar.
This week, months after the concert, Ayden got a package from Ballerini that he and his mom didn't expect -- his very own electric guitar with his name engraved in it, and also written out in Braille.
