JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The City of Atlantic Beach is seeking an artist or artist team to design a permanent patriotic public art display for the new Marsh Oaks Community Center.
The city recently released a call for artists. Submissions must feature themes of honor, service and sacrifice alongside stylized American flag artwork and local wildlife.
