Cause of death pending toxicology results on teen who died at football camp

William Shogran Jr., 14, died Wednesday at a training camp at Camp Blanding.

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — The Clay County Sheriff's Office says the autopsy has been conducted on 14-year-old William Shogran Jr., but the results won't be made public just yet.

Investigators are waiting on toxicology results which investigators say can take up to six weeks to come back.

William died Wednesday at a football camp at Camp Blanding.  His football team came up from Sebastian River High School for a four-day training camp.  William became ill during practice and died at the hospital.

Shogran's family has released funeral information for the teen.
A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Seawinds Funeral Home, 735 S. Fleming Street, Sebastian.

A service will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Sebastian River High School auditorium.  The burial will immediately follow at Sebastian Cemetery.
