JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The gunman behind a shooting on I-295 in West Jacksonville last month has been arrested.
Florida Highway Patrol said Amanuel Araya was wanted on attempted murder and other felony charges stemming from an incident Sept. 1 when he opened fire on a person while driving on the beltway.
