- Isolated to widely scattered late afternoon storms are possible, especially near and north of I-10.
- A few gusty winds are possible with any thunderstorms that develop.
- The rest of this week will be HOT with highs in the mid to upper 90s.
- An extreme heat watch is in effect Thursday morning - Thursday evening for Coastal SE Georgia.
- Feels like temperatures on Thursday could exceed 110 degrees.
- A few afternoon storms tomorrow as well.

- Tropical wave over the Eastern Atlantic does have the potential to develop – approaching the NE Caribbean by early next week where conditions continue to look marginal at best, so the system should struggle in the longer range.
- Disturbance that was east of Jax Saturday is moving across the North Atlantic away from the U.S. – brief development possible, but no local impacts.
- Another tropical wave has emerged off the West Coast of Africa and will continue to move east.
