Five people arrested after a reported fight at Circle K

LAKE CITY, Fla. — Lake City Police Department responded to a reported fight at Circle K on 938 West Duval Street.

When officers arrived, the saw five people in a fight. While officers were attempting to separate the fight, one of the suspects sprayed pepper spray on the other suspects including one officer.

Those affected by the pepper spray were treated on scene by EMS. All five were arrested for affray with the individual using the pepper spray also being charged with

Aggravated Battery and Aggravated Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer.
