ORANGE PARK, Fla. — A California fugitive was arrested in Orange Park on Monday.
Felix Ortiz was wanted for violating parole. He was originally arrested on narcotics and weapons charges in California.
The U.S. Marshal’s Office worked with the Clay County Sheriff’s office to capture Ortiz.

Official say Ortiz, who lived on Cardinal Oaks Circle, was not a danger to his neighborhood.
Ortiz was booked in the Clay County Jail.
