JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has identified the man as 34-year-old Michael P. Hunt of Jacksonville.
A Jacksonville man was killed after his mini bike was hit on JTB early Sunday morning.
The man, 34, was travling east on JTB near Gate Parkway when a car hit his mini bike around 2:25 a.m., killing him, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers are working to get in touch with the man's family before identifying him. Witnesses to the crash are asked to call the Florida Highway Patrol.
This is the second deadly crash on JTB this weekend.
