People inside a home there told police that a woman in her 20s came inside and took the girl, JSO Public Information Officer Christian Hancock said.
The people told police to start searching at the Fairway Oaks Head Start at 5417 Goldbrook Drive, where an officer found the girl crying inside a blue dumpster.
