NAS Jacksonville to see increased aircraft activity as part of Navy training exercise

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Navy training schedules indicate carrier-based jet fighters and other types of aircraft will conduct training out of Naval Air Station Jacksonville, from June 4-17.

Aircraft participating in the training are currently arriving at the station. Residents in neighborhoods surrounding NAS Jacksonville will notice an increase in aircraft activity and noise over the next few days as a result.

Residents wishing to submit a noise complaint can email NASJAX_NOISE_COMPLAINTS@NAVY.MIL.
