Elsa Light Boat Parade The annual Light Boat Parade, a staple in the city for 30 years, will return this weekend in Jacksonville.

Elsa Light Boat Parade Boat owner Jacquie Welti says she’s been a part of the parade since 1993.
Elsa Light Boat Parade This year she’s giving it a more modern, kid-like feel with a 22-foot Elsa, a character from the movie Frozen.
Elsa Light Boat Parade Welti said she chose to design her boat with Elsa so we can “let it go,” referring to 2020.
Elsa Light Boat Parade Despite this year changing many things, this event will look mostly the same, giving people some sense of normalcy.
Elsa Light Boat Parade The only difference is that they’re asking people to spread out when watching the show.
There will also be a fireworks display, featuring waterfalls off the Main Street and Costa bridges.
