NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. — The woman known for sneaking onto planes without a ticket was back in court in Nassau County Monday.
Despite the fact she was standing in front of a judge, Marilyn Hartman looked at peace in court.
The "Serial Stowaway," as she's known, is most recently accused of flying from Minnesota to Jacksonville without boarding pass.
She’s known by the nickname all across the country for similar behavior in the past.

On Monday, she was deemed unfit to stand trial.
“Ms. Hartman has been determined by forensic psychologists to be incompetent to proceed,” said a court official.
If she’s incompetent, how did Hartman manage to sneak onto a plane and sneak into a $300-a-night room at a swanky resort in Amelia Island?
So far, no one has been able to answer that. But now, we know treatment is in Hartman’s future.

A local rescue mission has offered to take her in, but the goal is to rehabilitate her and get her help so she doesn’t repeat her crime.
Hartman is not completely out of the woods yet.
If she’s deemed competent at some point, the state has the right to refile charges against her.
Hartman flew to Jacksonville in February and has been in jail ever since.
