NEW YORK — Jerry Falwell Jr., president of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, is facing criticism for a questionable magazine cover in the background of a photo with Donald Trump.
Falwell and his wife, Becki Falwell, posed Tuesday with the presumed Republican presidential nominee.
The photo, taken in Trump's New York City office, was tweeted by Falwell, who praised Trump's appearance at a religious leader summit.
Honored to introduce @realDonaldTrump at religious leader summit in NYC today! He did incredible job! @beckifalwell pic.twitter.com/e2eBSbQwb0

But it was a Playboy magazine cover to the right of Becki Falwell and just over her shoulder that drew criticism, because Falwell is the president of the country's largest Christian university, according to Relevant Magazine.
The cover is from the magazine's March 1990 issue, on which Trump poses next to Brandi Brandt, who was Miss October 1987.
This is shameful, Mr. Falwell. I say this as an evangelical Christian pastor. I’m praying you repent

Just curious how the Playboy cover squares with your morality.
