NFL Play 60 exercise library gets kids moving

Leading up to the Super Bowl, there’s a new way to encourage kids to get active. For the first time, there is a library of exercise videos geared toward kids available from the NFL and American Heart Association. This is a way to help encourage kids to get their recommended 60 minutes of exercise a day.

The initial rollout includes videos from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Seattle Seahawks, Cincinnati Bengals, and Washington Football Team. They’re planning to add more videos from additional teams in the coming weeks.

Kids can check out the videos at this link. They can vote for their favorite until January 22, 2021.

The winning video will be announced as part of the NFL Play 60 Kids day on Wednesday, February 3. It’s part of the week of events leading up to the Super Bowl. Kids Day is a national day of action to get kids moving with classmates, teachers, and families - both in person and virtually. You can register for Kids Day events here:  HEAT.ORG/KIDSDAY.
