Jacksonville postal worker pleads guilty to stealing mail

Jacksonville, FL — A Jacksonville postal worker has pleaded guilty to stealing more than 230 pieces of mail. In April 2019, postal service investigators began looking into customer complaints of stolen mail along one particular route in Jacksonville.

According to court records, the Office of Inspector General linked a stolen Target gift card to a phone number associated with Terrell Andre Mosely, 40. It was also determined that Mosely worked on the postal route experiencing mail theft.

Investigators say Mosely confessed to stealing the mail, and agents found stolen mail in his possession.

Mosely faces a 5-year maximum prison sentence.
