JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens is celebrating the birth of a male giraffe calf, born Friday, Nov. 7.
The calf is the offspring of mom Luna and dad Duke, according to the Zoo's Facebook page.
He is Luna's second calf and Duke's 13th. After spending the first few days with his mom, the new baby will be making his way into the giraffe exhibit.
