None — JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Trial spectators will not be allowed to wear items that support Jordan Davis or Michael Dunn during the upcoming trial, according to a judge's ruling Thursday.
Dunn is accused of shooting and killing the 17-year-old at a Southside gas station on Black Friday last year, after an argument over loud music. Dunn claims he fired in self-defense.
The parents of Jordan Davis appeared in court, along with Dunn on Thursday as Judge Russell Healey ruled on key motions.

One motion asked to prohibit people in court from wearing clothing in support of the defendant or victim. The judge granted that motion.
Judge Healey denied a request to allow the jury to inspect the crime scene, a Gate gas station at Baymeadows Road and Southside Boulevard, during the trial.
The judge granted a third motion allowing the father of Jordan Davis to stay in the courtroom during the trial, even though he'll be called as a witness.
Dunn's trial is scheduled to begin Feb. 23.
