JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrested 13 women between the ages of 19 and 62 in connection with prostitution.
JSO detectives conducted a prostitution sting on July 21 and July 23 at various locations on Jacksonville's Westside, Northside and Southside.
JSO said on July 21 and 23 undercover detectives spoke with several women throughout Jacksonville, many who would enter an undercover detective, and solicit sex.
Arrests and charges on July 21 include:
- Monique Branham, 33, offer/commit in prostitution and use or possess drug paraphernalia
- Brittany Withers, 29, offer/commit in lewdness
- Deaana McGuire, 48, offer/commit in prostitution and use or possess drug paraphernalia
- Paula Jones, 34, offer/commit in prostitution and use or possess drug paraphernalia
- Dana Fuller, 34, offer/commit in prostitution
- Tilea Shelman, 31, offer/commit in prostitution
Arrests and charges on July 23 include:
- Ashley Ruterbusch, 26, offer/commit in prostitution
- Shonda Lilly, 44, offer/commit in prostitution
- Kate Weatherby, 41, offer/commit in prostitution
- Sharon Mills, 62, offer/commit in prostitution
- Ola Rose, 32, offer/commit in prostitution
Undercover detectives with JSO also answered online advertisements on July 23. Those arrested and who face prostitution charges include:
- Sydney Sheffield, 19
- Lucia Burgos, 44
