JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 17-year-old was arrested for attempted murder Monday at First Coast High School.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office gang unit arrested Steven Wiggins in connection with a shooting in March. Action News Jax is identifying the teen because the charges are felonies.
Wiggins reportedly confessed to the shooting. He faces multiple charges, including attempted murder and armed robbery.
Wiggins was arrested on campus. The police report didn't say whether he is a student at the high school.
The police report listed two victims, a friend and a stranger.
