PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — One of two 18-year-old men found inside a condemned home in Putnam County with two young teenage girls has now bonded out of jail.
Justin Quintana and Erasmo Mercado were arrested Friday morning when deputies went to that Georgetown home.
Inside, deputies say they found drugs and drug-related items. The two are now facing several charges including felony drug possession.
“I'd say I'm not surprised reason is this has been going on for quite some time,” said Michael Rock, a neighbor.
Mercado and Quintana were not alone according to the police report. A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were also inside.

One of the girls told sheriff's deputies she was about to have sex with Mercado when sheriff's deputies showed up.
“Pretty shocked about it -- it's just… indescribable the things that are going on,” Sheriff’s Office said.
According to the police report the girl's mother says Mercado is a member of the gang the Latin Kings.
Mercado and Quintana were arrested without incident, but people in the community hope law enforcement can step up their patrolling.
Mercado and Quintana are booked in the Putnam County jail on bond over $2,000.
The two girls were released to the custody of their parents.
