DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — A 23-year-old man has been sentenced to life in prison in connection with a child sex case.
Brandon Fleming was sentenced Tuesday afternoon to mandatory life in prison for sexual battery.
Authorities said Fleming was babysitting a 6-year-old child in October 2012 when he forced the child to perform a sexual act on him. The child told her mother, who contacted authorities.
Brandon was found guilty in May.
