JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Three local women are filing lawsuits against a plastic surgeon.
The women claim he performed improper and unnecessary procedures that left them in pain.
The suits claim Dr. Loren Clayman overfilled breast implants with saline and botched procedures in other ways.
The suit also says Clayman then tried to blame the problems on defective implants and billed the manufacturers "Allergen" and "Natrelle" to reimburse him.

The attorney representing the three women says Clayman performed 14 surgeries in total on them and filed 9 different warranty claims with the manufacturers.
The companies inspected the implants that were removed and said they found no defects.
Clayman's attorney has filed motions to throw out all three suits filed against the plastic surgeon.
Action News Jax reached out to Clayman's practice and attorney Duke Regan for further comment on Monday. On Tuesday, we received the following statement over the phone from Regan:
"We are aware of the lawsuits. We have reviewed them all. We don't believe there is any merit to the allegations of wrongdoing. We have filed motions to dismiss each case."
