JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Are you looking to find somewhere safe to take your little one for Halloween? You may want to try Downtown Jacksonville.
The second annual Trick or Treat on the Street is going on Friday afternoon. About 26 businesses are handing candy, coupons and promotional goods.
The event ends at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
