Atlantic Beach Elementary School students’ art on display at JIA

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — If you’ll be traveling or picking someone up at the airport, Atlantic Beach Elementary and the City of Atlantic Beach Recreation and Special Events want you to stop by the Sky Gallery for a special treat.

Atlantic Beach Elementary School student artworks will be on display at JIA from Jun. 1 through Aug. 30.

The exhibit includes 54 paintings created by our students in preparation for Cultural Arts Day, which featured the country of Turkey and took place on May 19, 2023.

This event was underwritten in part by the City of Atlantic Beach Recreation Department’s Cultural Arts Grant.

Parents and the public can view the artwork 7 days per week from 5 a.m. until midnight in JAX’s central courtyard, adjacent to the Sky Gallery and Haskell Art Gallery and just before the TSA security check-point.
