BRUNSWICK, Ga. — The younger defendant in the Brunswick baby murder case wants to be tried as a juvenile.
Dominique Lang, 15 at the time of the killing, is accused of fatally shooting 13-month-old Antonio Santiago during a robbery in 2013.
A hearing on Nov. 4 will determine whether his case will be moved from adult to juvenile court.
DeMarquise Elkins, 17, is serving life plus 125 years in prison for the killing.
