Car crashes into apartment complex on Jacksonville's Southside

Action News Jax is getting witness reports that a car has crashed into the Bentley Green apartment complex near Baymeadows Road and Southside Boulevard.

We have learned that the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is on the scene. No word if there are any injuries.

Neighbors tell us the driver was not injured. They believe the man may have lost control of the car around a curve, jumped the curb and went into the apartment. No one was inside the apartment when the car crashed into it.
