ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — The Chicago gator “Chance the Snapper” made it to his new home in Northeast Florida on Thursday.

American alligator Chance, who was spotted last week in Chicago's Humboldt Park and caught over the weekend by Florida trapper Frank Robb, will now live at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park.
The Alligator Farm went live on Facebook to celebrate Chance's arrival and said he will be quarantined for a period of time in his own pool, as his health history is not certain.
