Clay County Animal Services is offering free and low cost spay and neuter services

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Some animal organizations have received funding for free or low cost spay and neuter services.

These are the following organizations:

• Cats Angels Inc. SPCA
• Clay County Board of County Commissioners on behalf of Clay County Animal Services
• First Coast No More Homeless Pets
• St. Augustine Humane Society

Each Florida Animal Friend specialty license plate funds $25 for free and low-cost spay and neuter programs across the state, working to end pet overpopulation.
