CLAY COUNTY, Fla —
Catholic Charities has partnered with Saint Luke Catholic Church and Feeding Northeast Florida to provide this drive-thru service, which will provide nutritious food to families in need while expanding the nonprofit’s reach in the Clay County community.

The food giveaway event that Catholic Charities Jacksonville hosted this weekend is their first attempt to serve Clay County specifically and they hope it will be the beginning of a continued effort to pour resources into the county to help fight food insecurity.

The food giveaway plans to served hundreds of families on Saturday morning in a contactless format. All were welcome to attend.

Catholic Charities Jacksonville leadership will be available to talk about the impact they hope to have alongside other community groups who battle local food insecurity, and volunteers will be around to share their experience as well.
