CLAY COUNTY, Fla. — Clay County is offering workshops for people interested in purchasing a home for the first time.
The session beginning at 5 p.m. will be held online on November 5 and on November 12.
Interested participants are required to register in advance.
The workshops are being hosted by the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Services, courtesy of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department.
Experts will guide participants through the process of obtaining an affordable mortgage. The course satisfies the education requirements for down payment assistance programs.
