Clay County Sheriff’s Office joins Project Cold Case to give families hope

CLAY COUNTY, Fla — Several members of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office met with the founder of Project Cold Case, Ryan Backmann, to provide hope to families of unsolved homicide victims.

Project Cold Case says their mission is to provide hope to families of unsolved homicide victims. It also helps to bridge the gap between surviving families and the investigating agency while advocating for those who have been taken too soon.

Clay County Sheriff’s office currently has four Cold Cases, Green Cove Springs PD has one, and Orange Park Police Department also has one.

Middleburg 1990-Teryl Orcutt W/F

Middleburg 2007-Chelsea Rohn W/F and Matthew Brumbaugh W/M
