The FBI received information about Jackson who used the alias “Terry Borden” to send the images, according to court documents.
After speaking with an individual who chatted with Jackson’s alias, the FBI discovered he planned to molest children and produce images. Further investigation confirmed the alias was used by Jackson.
Jackson also unknowingly spoke with an FBI agent who posed as a 14-year-old girl, sending nude photographs to the agent and requesting nude images in return.
He asked the agent to join a chat room he administered that catered to individuals interested in sexual activity between “daughters and daddies.”

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI executed a search warrant of Jackson’s residence in July 2021. Jackson admitted that he used the alias and that he watched and traded videos of child sexual abuse and did so for 10 years.
He was arrested and detained following the initial search.
In addition to his sentence, Jackson must serve a life-term of supervised release, register as a sex offender and forfeit the phone he used to distribute the images.
