Costco applies to build new location in St. Johns County

St. Johns County, FL. — Costco just announced that they will build a new wholesale club at World Commerce Center in St. Augustine.

After reviewing the application that Costco applied for, the company is looking to build on a 18.7 acre piece of land within the World Commerce Center.

This will be the third retail club in the greater area of Jacksonville.

The other two locations are near St. Johns Town Center in Southside and the other near Collins Town Center in Southwest Jacksonville.
