DUVAL COUNTY, Fla. — Fire crews battled an early-morning restaurant fire Monday in the Tinseltown area.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to a call around 5:15 a.m. to the Wild Wing Café on Southside Boulevard. Crews reported seeing flames through the roof when they arrived, said JFRD.
Fire crews got the fire under control in about 30 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The restaurant has reportedly about $100,000 worth of damage and is expected to be closed at least a week.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal.
