JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Duval County Public Schools is partnering with the Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program to offer EKG screenings for student-athletes on Monday, Sept. 21.
Under Florida’s Second Chance Act, the one-time screenings are required for all incoming ninth-graders and any tenth through twelfth graders participating in an FHSAA sport for the first time.
