JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — UPDATED STORY 6/3/2021:
Florida Highway Patrol is looking for a man that may have been in the car where one person died and three other people were injured. FHP believes the man fled the scene on foot.

ORIGINAL STORY 6/2/2021:
One person has died and others were injured after crashing on Interstate 295 North at Dunn Avenue, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department responded to the scene and confirmed there were multiple injuries, some serious, and one car flipped.
JFRD transported occupants to a nearby hospital, and FHP stated one person has died at the hospital.
As of 10 p.m., all Westbound lanes on Dunn Avenue from Baptist Health Drive to I-295 were blocked due to the crash. FHP is asking drivers to avoid the area.
JFRD stated it left the scene in the hands of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol.
