Flying Fish Taphouse will feature a beer garden, craft beer and cocktails, a “locally sourced scratch menu,” and live entertainment, according to a news release.

The Flying Fish Taphouse, which will occupy the space of the former Millhouse Steakhouse at 1341 Airport Road, is set to open at the end of the month and is hiring for more than 30 positions, including:

  • Hosts
  • Servers
  • Cooks
  • Bartenders

Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Those interested can fill out an application online.

“We are looking for fun, motivated individuals who would like to be a part of our new concept,” General Manager Rich East said in a news release. “We have a lot of full-time and part-time positions to fill before our late February opening. We will be providing full training that includes an opportunity to taste the menu offerings as well as be a part of something new and fresh to Northeast Florida.”
