Action News Jax Christy Turner saw cars stall out on Park St.
This is on Park St. near Edgewood Ave. S. We’ve seen at least 2 cars stalled out. Water is starting to recede. As soon as we pulled up an agitated neighbor said “this is like the sixth time this has happened. Fix it.” @ActionNewsJax #FirstAlertWx pic.twitter.com/UO8DMep0Cd
