JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A blue car that appeared to have bullet holes was seen at a large police presence at the intersection of St. Johns Bluff Road and Beach Boulevard on Monday morning.
It has since been towed away, but police are still investigating in the area.

A crime scene unit van is located across the street near the Wells Fargo bank.
