JSO received a call for help around 9 p.m. Sunday. Officers said the man barricaded himself in a Mill Creek Manor apartment on Mill Creek Road.

Since he refused to come out, JSO, along with SWAT, negotiated with him for hours before he came out peacefully.

The suspect, who has not been identified at this time, is facing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and two simple battery charges.

JSO said the victims are expected to be OK.
