He is the latest victim found linked to Tropical Storm Imelda as Texas floodwaters began receding after the storm.
His family lives in Ponte Vedra Beach and they said Dukaj was delivering a package from Jacksonville to California when he got caught in the heavy rain and floodwaters.
His family said he posted on Facebook right before he died showing the water rising up around his pickup truck.
Dukaj worked for a delivery company from New York and years ago, he worked at Action News Jax as a photojournalist delivering the news
Now, Nora Dukaj tells us her and her family are trying to cope with their loss.
"Breaks my heart to see him go. What kind of person would do this to me, like, you know I just want him back; like, I just want to see him, that’s all I want," Nora Dukaj said.
